Welcome to KLAWU (klawu.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PT. Klawu Hosting Indonesia ("Klawu", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided#
Klawu provides various web hosting services, including but not limited to Shared Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and Game Servers (collectively, the "Services").
2. Account Registration and Security#
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)#
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Engaging in unauthorized access (hacking) or DDoS attacks.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content (e.g., child pornography, copyrighted material without permission).
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (Spam).
- Activities that interfere with the stability or performance of our infrastructure.
Violation of this section may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your Services without refund.
4. Billing and Payments#
- All fees are billed in advance based on the plan you select.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.
5. Uptime and Service Level Agreement (SLA)#
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klawu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event.
7. Termination#
- You may cancel your Services at any time through the client area.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution#
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- For International Customers (EU/EEA): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
- For All Other Customers: Any disputes arising out of or relating to our Services shall be settled through the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) or the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Indonesia.
9. Changes to Terms#
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "lastUpdated" date.
